By downloading or using CardMoji, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CardMoji on your own Apple devices for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms (including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
CardMoji is free to play. The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos you can choose to watch for in-game rewards.
The optional "Remove Ads" upgrade is a one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase) — not a subscription. There is no auto-renewal and nothing is billed on a recurring basis. It is charged to your Apple ID, can be restored on your devices with "Restore Purchases", and its price is shown in the app before you buy. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
Stars, levels and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
CardMoji has no accounts. Your progress is saved on your device only; deleting the app deletes your progress, and we cannot recover it for you.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, tamper with ads or purchases, or use it in violation of any law.
CardMoji is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and game content may change between versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
How the app handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
