By downloading or using Streakproof, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Streakproof for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
Streakproof offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of any law.
Streakproof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is not a medical or health-advice tool.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
