By downloading or using Erasa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Erasa on your own Apple devices, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
Erasa is free to use. Any optional "Pro" upgrade is a one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase) — not a subscription. There is no auto-renewal and nothing is billed on a recurring basis. A one-time purchase is charged to your Apple ID, can be restored on your devices, and its price is shown in the app before you buy. Payments are handled by Apple.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of any law. You are responsible for the photos you edit and confirm you have the right to edit and use them. Do not use Erasa to create misleading or deceptive imagery in violation of applicable laws or others' rights.
Erasa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Edits are generated by on-device machine learning and are approximations; results vary by image. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
