By downloading or using CalmBreath, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. CalmBreath is operated by Burak Dümer ("we", "us").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CalmBreath on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the standard App Store EULA), which also apply to your use of the app.
CalmBreath is free to use, with an optional one-time in-app purchase, CalmBreath Pro, that permanently unlocks additional features. CalmBreath Pro is a one-time purchase — it is a single, permanent unlock, not a recurring charge, so there is nothing to renew or cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices using Restore Purchases. All payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we do not process or store payment details.
CalmBreath is a wellness and relaxation app. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any condition, and it provides no medical advice. If you are in crisis or have any health concern, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Always breathe within your comfort; stop and rest if you feel lightheaded or unwell, and consult a professional before changing any breathing practice if you have a relevant health condition.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying it except as permitted by law; using it for any unlawful purpose; or attempting to circumvent the in-app purchase or licensing mechanisms.
CalmBreath, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the app, not any ownership rights in it.
CalmBreath is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
